Bread Course: Passion Fruit Pound Cake stuffed with Passion Fruit Curd

Last week, my best friend and I attended a trial baking class at a baking school. We learned how to bake a Zingy Pound cake, which is a pound cake stuffed with lemon curd. The studio was quiet, with only two tables of students learning. It was a nice and cozy environment. We met a nice instructor too.

The cake’s texture is soft but a bit too sweet for my liking. Yesterday, I decided to remake the cake with passion fruits and reduced some sugar. Surprisingly, it turned out nice and smelled good.

For decoration, I used blueberry cream cheese frosting and sprinkled some lemon zest. Oh yes, it tasted much better than the one I baked in school.
